Himalaya Wellness was founded in 1930 by M. Manal with the clear vision to provide the fruits of Ayurvedic science to the society in a modern form and unravel the mystery of this 5000 year old medical system. He turns to ancient Ayurvedic texts, selects local herbs and subjects the created formulas to modern pharmacological and toxicological clinical safety trials to create new supplements, therapeutic products and cosmetics based on Ayurvedic recipes.
